I’ve came here over 5-6 times now trying to get either gel manicures which are simple things to do. I myself have been in this business and it disappoints me how every single time they give me someone new. I tell them to be careful and they still cut me and don’t do the nails as asked and here’s one example below. I have asked them over and over again to give me someone better to do the nails too. The lady told me she would do my nails next time I came and she didn’t. She ended up doing my toes and I appreciate how she tried to do them and I am fine with how she did it but the new lady kept grazing my skin with the machine and lied to me saying she could do the design I wanted. She didn’t have pearls and put those stones instead. She said it would be extra but I had told her if she didn’t have the pearls why would she say that she did. I would’ve gone somewhere else. I kept telling her to fix a lot of the visible mistakes. The stones weren’t even applied with glue either and already one fell off. She used top coat. Not to mention she didn’t do a good job at waxing the upper lip and eyebrow. I had to show her where all the hairs were and she said I was just hairy. Well that’s what I went to get waxed for ! They keep disappointing me and I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. Nice people but need to get either get better people to work there or work on their actual skills. :(

I have been coming here for over a year now and I am always very satisfied with the service provided. I get shellac manicures with acrylics and they stay on for a whole month and you can ask for both designs and plain colours. The pedicures are also great and all tools used are cleaned thoroughly. They even offer snacks and drinks during your appointments, which is a great touch. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I went to get a shellac manicure on my natural nails that are very small and short. They did a fantastic job on making them look so much better and I loved the color! Great job... I will be back, I am usually very nervous trying new places but I am happy I did!

The nail salon itself is gorgeous, modern, and clean. I had a Shellac manicure done (no complaints at all as my nail tech was very detail-oriented and thorough) and would have given a 5 star rating but I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time because they were at capacity. Besides that, the service and quality are top-notch; they will serve you drinks and snacks as you wait.

I’ve only been one time for far but it was a purely positive experience. I booked online arrived and was immediately helped. The person doing my nails was lovely. She did exactly what I asked for and was clearly very skilled because it was also quick. (Bio gel refill with one broken nail) will be back for sure. Excellent service, clean and professional.
