I have been waiting for months to get an appointment. I got my 95 yr old family member in quickly. From reading the reviews I assume they gear towards the elderly. As was stated by another, I see nothing being done here that exceeds the level of a regular pedicure. The techician is nice but another staff tried to make a problem about a service dog we brought for no reason. Now I'm uncomfortable to bring him. They called me, left no message then had no idea what the call was about. Three times they've added me to the waiting list, enough times for me to decide not to go there or bring my family member. I recommend that you find somewhere else to go, anywhere else!

The staff here are very caring and kind. I bring my mother here for her toenails. She is 85 and she just loves the ladies here. She says "They are amazing"

If you're a diabetic, and worry about your feet. I recommend this place.

Most reviews are glowing. My experience was very different. As a new client I had been told I would be charged more for what I assumed would be some sort of review of my needs. Instead the technician got right into the job. The pedicure I received was well below the standards of a normal pedicure, had nothing to do with a medical pedicure, was done in about 30 min top on a reclining chair that did not hold its height and so the technician had to adjust it constantly. All this for $85 (that was before the price increase). When I mentioned my surprise at being charged more as a new client, the technician shouted from her room that it was ok to knock down $5. I assume some technicians employed in this business must have the basic skills required for giving a medical pedicure but my experience demonstrates that there is obviously no hiring criteria, no quality control, no supervision, and that anything goes under the claim of "medical pedicure."
