Yuka runs a small nail salon with one other employee. They both use a different technique and materials than traditional nail salons, called Japanese gel. They are much better quality. Basically think healthy and unbreakable nails. Also Yuka has an assortment of natural and trendy colors, Japanese style charms and special effects you can’t find anywhere else in the South Bay. Her nail designs don’t look tacky! It comes with a slightly higher price, but I’m happy to pay it for the reasons above. And it’s this kind of trendy small business With a dedication to quality and uniqueness that I want to support.

Very bad experience once there was a misunderstanding. I wasn’t provided many options basically just referred to the policy that I would be charged $100 if I don’t go through with the manicure. This is despite having booked last minute. They just care about money and not the client experience or loyalty.

So pretty and cute! I’ve been looking for a salon that specializes in this kind of style and technique and am so glad to have found one. Thank you Yuka💖

Finding the location may be tricky, it's located inside Salon Republic where multiple independent artists have their own rooms. It's right on the corner of Target. Yuka and Marie are very friendly and really make sure they do a stellar job. They're meticulous and careful and very talented artists! I was lucky to call ahead and get a same day appointment, but making an appointment is definitely recommended as their art can take some time, (that's why it looks so pretty!) I felt very comfortable the whole time, Marie also made sure to ask questions along the way :)

Nice nail design, if u want a good looking nail, go ahead. Bt not great technique for for the price points. You will expect a pretty experienced gel artist for $100. I’ve been doing nails for 5/6 yrs and I know how the gel should be applied and how it will look like. The gel is pretty thick and irregular in shape if you see from the side. No cuticle removing as well.
