I am a Napa native and was looking for a new nail salon to be my “regular” place. I asked several friends in the beauty industry for recommendations and PAINT was on of them. One of my criteria was that I needed to be able to book my appointments online, and that is possible with PAINT. So I went online and was very impressed with their website. I decided to make an appointment for a manicure as I wanted to get one before an upcoming job interview. The booking process online was easy and I was pleased to find an appointment available exactly when I needed it. The one star review is due to the fact that I received a phone call a few days later saying that my appointment had been canceled. It was difficult to understand the voice on the voicemail but I believe she said the cancellation was due to staffing issues. They apologized and said they would be happy to reschedule me in April. That’s over two weeks away and we’ll passed the event that I needed the manicure for in the first place. I am now left to scramble to find an appointment somewhere else at the last minute. It’s really too bad that they couldn’t keep their booking software up to date. Así said, I’m a local and would have been a repeat customer for them.

I have been to the paint Nail Bar Napa Valley three times. Love the staff, the cool vibe, front desk always greeted me and welcomed me. I was offered a complimentary beverage. The ladies were very friendly. Great job with Kamela(sp?) and Candy. Both ladies did custom colors to accommodate my request. My polish lasted weeks. I am very rough with my hands, always in the garden. I was pleased with the longevity and sophisticated color choices.

Love getting my nails done here! The staff is super friendly and professional. The space is inviting, clean and welcoming. Love my nail tech Isabel. She's professional and does a fantastic job! Highly recommend

Twice in a row, I was given gel manicures that lasted less than a week. Chipped horribly, lifted and peeled off. For $50 each manicure they’re really overpricing their services. They are always short staffed, so when I was trying to have my manicure repaired they had only one time slot available which I couldn’t make. Simply put, this place is way overpriced for services that are very hit or miss. I will not be returning.

Very nice establishment, went on Men’s day which was cool. Got a free haircut along with my manicure. For a guy who hasn’t had a manicure since the Obama Administration, the ladies took great care of me. Will be back soon!
