Really liked this place. Great customer service. Absolutely no chemical smell. Mimosas were yummy. My friend and I got pedicures. Tram was my nail tech and did a great job.

My manicure started to peel off 3 days later. The stuff is really nice and attentive. The person who was doing my nails really took care to make sure that everything looks good. I’m just sad that my manicure didn’t last long enough.

A nail salon and bar combined, the Nail Hall is one of my favorite nail salons, it has an artsy chic decor and doesn't look like a run of the mill nail salon! The owner Jen is the sweetest and the nail techs are all wonderful. They have an incredible subscription service - so smart and effective!

Great customer service and great nails. I drove from Oakland to come here because the East Bay is greatly lacking in non toxic nail salons. My gel manicure is going strong 2+ weeks later.

The drinks aren't complimentary like most nail salons. The champagne was 10$ a glass and I got a surprise extra 10$ on my bill. If they would have let me know it was 10$, I wouldn't have drank it. I felt like they were shady about it. DAT nail salon on Polk has never charged me for a glass of champagne. My total bill ended up being 60$ for a regular pedicure and i had to pay extra for a foot scrub and foot lotion when at all other places I have been to that was included. If I wanted parrafin wax that would have be 10$ more as well. I pay 35$ for a pedicure in Alameda that includes the paraffin wax for free. I regret trying a new place out. Cute store but overpriced and I won't be back.
