Very nice staff! They were so nice to myself and my mother and they rendered great service to us💜 most definitely going back

The service and quality are decent but but the staff consistently tells me that they're ATM card reader is not working and demands cash.. The last time I went, I did not have cash and needed to run to the car to get some.. The staff blocked the door and demand that I leave my phone with them as collateral until I returned with cash . They were fairly aggressive aggressive about invading my invading my space and demanding my phone. I refused and walked to my car, 2 staff members followed me until I paid them. This was offensive and scary.

Nancy is the boss, however I came in to the nail shop which is hers on Washington in San Leandro. She is the most greediest lady I ever came across. She over charged me with nails that don’t look like quality. She will eventually lose customers for her bad behavior. She is talked about constantly because she don’t care about her customers. She has 3 shops and this lady will never get my service again.

I go here every two weeks. I get my brows done and a manicure every time. I sometimes get a pedicure. I love the women who work here. They are very nice and always work very hard to make sure I am comfortable and happy. I usually see Wendy and Ruby. Edited to add: 7/14/19- Wendy was on vacation, so I saw Tony. Tony did a great job on my nails today. He listens and takes the time to make sure you get what you ask for.
