Good service take their time n know how to do different designs

May 18, 2021
Went here mid morning on a Tuesday for a fill, pedicure, and eyebrows and had a really good experience. Am glad I didn’t read the reviews or I might have passed this place up. Their prices were good and the service was friendly and efficient. My nails were not *perfect* but were perfectly good enough for the price. My eyebrows did end up perfect, and my pedi left my feet feeling fantastic.

Queen’s Nail has lost a regular customer due to not having their business up to par to take none cash payment. As well as not informing customers that their card reader is broken before rendering services. When I finished my pedicure, I found out that her card reader was broken and they wanted me to use the overpriced ATM ( which charges me twice) in their establishment. When I declined to use their ATM and asked to walk across the street to Safeway to get cash back for cheaper. I was told I would have to leave my personal sell phone…I said huh??? I’m not doing that because you know me and know that I won’t skip out on the payment. The owner Nancy proceed to argue with me saying that people have left without payment. I asked what did that have to do with me a regular paying customer. She then asked for me to leave something more reasonable like my AirPod case which I did only to get the cash and come back and let her know the following; she failed as a business owner on so many levels, 1. to inform customers prior to starting the service that it was cash only or use the ATM. That their card reader was broken and an estimated date of when it would be replaced. Lastly that she doesn’t get to criminalize all for one for a few bad apples. Now for the money hungry part…I witnessed them ticking customers into paying for gel nail by claiming that they don’t have the color in regular paint.I know everyone is trying to make up for lost income but don’t lie to people. Just increase prices and explain why. I will not be returning!

The worst nail salon I ever been to.

They have good attention but it depends on who does the job. The lady that did my nails was really nice and helpful with me to choose my gel colors, got my nails just like I wanted them. In the other hand my friend was there with me and got the worst attention, the lady was on her phone and she was not happy with the result. It's a good place, but they need better attention from some of their workers.
