I went in for a pedicure, nails and eyebrows in the afternoon before we left to Mexico for a wedding. I wanted to have a nice treatment on my feet as the wedding was going to be on the beach. From the beginning of the pedicure I notice she wasn't either paying attention on just not caring for what she was doing. I told her to please be careful with the cuticle on my big toes because the cuticle there was very tick and big. when it was time to cut he cuticle she only did a little on my big toes and just passed the clippers over the other toes with out cutting anything. I had many things I still needed to do before my trip so I let it go. when she was cleaning under my feet I notice she only passed the stone they use on one side of the bottom of my feet with 2 strokes then nothing on the other side. I just didn't say anything. the next day when we got to Puerto Vallarta I got changed to go get dinner and saw she really didn't do a good job under my feet. I had to go to different stores looking for a place to buy a tool to clean them myself. I went back to the place when I came back form vacation and ask to talk to the owner. I showed her the picture and her response was that doesn't go away in 1 visit then turned back to her phone and started to talk to the people next to her in her language (HOW Disrespectful). "I was able to clean if up within 2 minutes" I responded I am sorry but she didn't ever touch that area. and she responded, You were suppose to tell me right and again went back to her phone and started talking in her language. at that point I felt I was being ignore and told her ok fine. I wasn't looking for any freebies or discounts I just wanted her to acknowledge it and make sure it doesn't happen again. I paid $49 to have my feet soak, apply some scrub, lotion and paint the nails. what a waste of money.

I am very disappointed by the response I just received. I have been coming here regularly for the past 8 months. I came in yesterday for a dip, I had asked for stiletto shape with an ombré black tip. I was not too thrilled by my nails yesterday because the shape was wrong and the ombré looked strange to me. I decided to wait and see how I felt. I still did not like them this morning so I came into the shop as soon as they opened and asked if they could fix them. The manager did not bother to to even look at my nails and simply said they could but they will have to charge me. Honestly I feel like the initial service was not done to satisfaction so I should not have to pay. I am really disappointed that the manager/owner did not take the opportunity to right the situation. Especially for someone that frequents her business. Customer service is huge to me after working several years in retail. Unfortunately this experience fell far short of that. I will go somewhere else that takes pride in their workmanship and values their customers. I won’t be back.

I'm not sad to say I will not be back. I think she was mad at me because I only wanted a fill. Did not take all my nail polish off left it on my nails and skin filled over it. Didn't say 2 words the whole 18 minutes I was there while she was doing them. Got up twice because they were not dry. Came back took the file and kind of shaped them. Left all jagged underneath. She put coats on the top left me under the lamp for 60 seconds got up and left so I had to start the other hand on my own. In any business where customer service reigns, you really need to reconsider your career. If you are done in the nail business then leave. You are not doing anybody any service with the way you are treating your customers and it reflects in your work. My 30 dollars for 18 minutes I will be taking somewhere else.

I went in at my lunch for a QUICK dip powder removal. I sat down and they started the service then once the foil and product was on they sat me there for 25 min with the chemical on my nails while the tech helped someone else. It took 35-40 min for a 10 min service. It’s not clean the products looks old and dirty, the salon is very cluttered as well with empty water bottles and items.
