Had an appointment for a full set. Came in on time, guy asked what i wanted, this was around Xmas time so I said I was wanting red with some candy canes and snow flake designs. He asked me again what I wanted and told him the same thing in different words. He said okay and went and got one of the girls. She was rude, told me my fingers were "too fat" and oval shapes were for "old ladies" and when she finished the color and I asked about the designs she said she couldn't do designs. When I asked if there was someone else that could because it's literally the only reason I came here, she said no and put the clear coat on. Won't come back.

Very Rude and unprofessional turned me away 2x for just trying to get a new set of acrylic and acted like they didnt understand what I was asking for and the shop was empty both times 3 weeks in between of going to try and get my nails done and get told oh you come back later. And I asked for the corporate number of head company phone number and he refused to give it to me because I threatened better business beureau and on Yelp and he was also rude. I dont recommend them to anybody who wants actual customer service and professionalism.

I got gel nails by them and two days after they started chipping. I called and told them the situation and the man on the phone said I could get it fixed for free. When I went in the next day, they started fixing my nails and in the middle told me I would have to pay which they hadn’t mentioned before. And then accused me of lying about my nails chipping on their own because “they’ve been doing nails a long time and they last longer than what I said” I didn’t chip my own nails to get them redone but that’s what they were insinuating. They were going to charge $15 but since I complained more to them, charged me $10. Do not recommend. Not nice people, not professional.
