I've been to this salon more than a couple of times. Sometimes it's a pleasant experience and others it's not good at all. I've been left a bruised toe nail because she digs in too hard to get the "in grown nail" and no apologies. Today she cut my mother doing the same thing and she didn't apologize either. The workers are rude as they primarily speak their own language and you don't know what they're saying. Pricing is not consistent. If you get them in a good mood, they give you a discount. Something goes wrong they charge you a higher price and they get indignant when you ask why. Never going back. Bad service!

Henry's wife (they are the owners) is so RUDE! She always has an attitude and when I asked if she was OK she simply ignored me. I went back after that because maybe she was having a bad day, but nope....she was rude that time also. Henry was so nice when I asked him if everything was OK, but she is RUDE with everyone! Not going back EVER! Went there for about 5 years. They even did house calls during the pandemic... she needs help.

I typically only come here for a pedicure which is why I’m giving stars. But the service I received yesterday is just unacceptable. Pictured is what I requested versus what I received. While I was disappointed to find out I would not be able to get the design I I want it was the handling of my hands that I’m reviewing. My nail tech was rude to other customers requesting service, short with me and really rough. As you can see, I was nicked in several places from the sanding drill. He basically raced through my whole process and then didn’t even give me what I asked for. Just beware.
