Worst experience I’ve had since I’ve started getting my nails done. Got a gelX set $76 even before I knew how expensive it was. I pulled my hand away like 3 times saying ouch because the manager doing my nails was sanding to deep. I’ve gotten GelX for 4/5 years now. The lady wanted to argue with me that they do nails different and special at this place. Yea my fingers felt like they had been sanded down to the skin almost and my cuticles burn every time I wash my hands. This salon attracted me because they said they take walk ins late. I was having a rough day. So after having to pull my hand away for the third time I mentioned that she was hurting me. And she lady did not care. Customer service should be number one. She kept stopping to do other things. And repeated the same steps like twice. My nails were sore to the touch and I no longer wanted a design after the beating my nails took. After expressing my pain and discomfort she still kept pushing for me to get a design when all I wanted was to pay and leave. She even wanted to argue with me. This place seems like the abuse workers and they are severely overworked. Very small place. Call and ask for pricing before going.

I had gotten a full set medium length, it came out to 75 dollars and had gotten a marble design on a few nails. I had examples for the nail tech ready unfortunately she did not ask what shape I wanted and gave me a square shape. Regardless I did love how my nails look. The space is cramped and the front desk tries their best to help I would recommend coming here for custom nails and not weekly nails.

I use to come in to do lashes there before COVID with Rose. She is no longer there :( but I went back with another tech today. They are so cramped up in that place. Before the lash techs had their own little room to work and now there is 1 medium size room with 4 beds for lashes side by side. Really? We are still in a pandemic. I didn't feel comfortable being so close together all in one room. The techs were talking and laughing among themselves and I felt the tech was breathing and talking over me. Even with my mask on I didn't want her doing that. Also, when you walk in they ask you to scan a QR code and send you to your service.. no chance to read the policies that come up with the QR code which I believe is COVID info. I am not sure that I'll be back.

The customer service is very appreciated on this end. Employees are very kind too. The nail technician did my nails good. It's just minor details on the gel design that were not so great.
