Unfortunately, this was the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever gotten. I got a simple gel on both, paint was everywhere (on my cuticles, top of my fingers/toes). There were bubbles and lint within. The nails were cut to different lengths. And she ran a scrubbing brush along my shin and left me with a HUGE scratch (about 9 inches). Such a surreal experience. So unfortunate. Will never be going back.

This place is terrible. Not only are the workers rude (see other comments, replies to comments, or the Yelp reviews) but the work they do is awful! They messed up my nails so bad, charged me $80 for it, and wouldn't fix them. I had to go to another salon and pay an extra $60 to get them fixed. I only got a set from them once, but I went in once before to get a soak off and they didn't soak my acrylics off but used a nail top to pry them off my hands . My nails were cracked, painful, and one of them was bleeding without so much as a sorry. I'd avoid this place at all costs.

This place is wonderful! They were pretty busy for a Sunday, but since we made an appointment, they were very accommodating for us. Although the service was quick, it was efficient and my favorite nail tech came in on her off day to take good care of me. This establishment definitely pays attention to the fine details.

Passing the pedicure instruments over my toes does not equal giving me a real pedicure. From skipping one foot entirely on half the processes to skipping the other foot on the remainder; finished with such a sloppy, gloppy polish job, you'd think this was a beginner, but alas it was the shop owner. I tried them last year, same thing, said I would never go back, yet here I am again, my own fault. They schedule too many appointments at once, and don't care at all about the quality of their work. I'd pay twice as much for a real pedicure. Disappointed enough to write a review and call FAIL on fake pedicures. ENOUGH already. Just raise your rates and do it well, then you can be proud and I can brag about you. Doing good business is that simple.

Emily did my nails and she did an awesome job! She was very attentive and did exactly what I asked for. Would definitely suggest coming here :)
