We recently had our nails done to attend a fabulous wedding. We live out of state, but have family that live locally. Some of the people in our group had manicures done, some pedicures, and a mani/pedi. We have visited this business in the past and we really enjoy the ambiance and the manicurists. They have a good color selection, and they are very good about cleaning before and after. I would definitely recommend this nail bar.

Wow…such awful service! The woman doing my manicure literally cut my nails at varying lengths and I had to have her colleague to explain it to her. Then there was a black line on my index finger which they claimed was on my nail AFTER multiple layers of gel nail polish. Very grumpy about redoing it. And surprisingly the line magically disappeared. The lady doing my daughter’s nails painted the most pathetic flowers and couldn’t draw a simple wave. Never going here again.

I had been looking forward to the end of the day mani pedi with my BFF. I had made us appointments late Sunday afternoon at 4pm, we were there on time, and we had to wait 5min for someone to at least acknowledge that we were standing there. Which was no real big deal. However, once I told the woman who eventually came to greet us that we had 4pm appointments, she took us to the back room, prepped the pedi basin and left us there for an additional 25 minutes!! When a woman finally came start my pedi, I asked her if they were busy and if someone was coming to start the pedi for my BFF? The woman looked at me and said "no English". Wow REALLY. I would have left if it were just me but I also had paid in advance and didn't want to act as horrible as the service that we had received. All I can say is is that this was THE WORST PLACE AND POOR QUALITY SERVICE EVER. And for further disclosure my BFF and I are front line workers who have been working throughout the pandemic and this was finally our first time to go out to treat ourselves and it was very disappointing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I got the worst gel manicure I’ve ever received yesterday. My nails are all different lengths, it’s so bumpy and thick. My hands were still so oily at the end because she didn’t properly wipe off whatever oils she rubbed on after the service was done. Also No hand massage whatsoever.
