This is the second time I had bad experience in this nail salon. They have poor quality service and results. Their gel polish is only last for 3 days and it's already chipping. My first visit I did gel polish but the polish didn't last. That polish is are already bubbling before I even pay for the work. The second time I did the cat yes polish I thought it's will be different. I chose a color the polish they use it dint match the color I picked from thier sample pallet the it the same thing from my previous visit the polish is bubbling already before I left the salon. I pay $130 for ng manicure and pedicure it's not even with it. The polish they use are old that's why they bubble to quick.

I was looking for a good salon and happened to stop by Lucky nails. They charged me $51 for a pedicure and did not give me a hot wax treatment. I saw them providing this service to the 2 male customers who were getting pedicure there. When the staff starting to apply the nail polish, I reminded her of the hot wax. She said, later, later…. After applying the final coat of nail polish, she said, “you’re done”. I asked about the hot wax, the lady said that I must ask to get it which I did. Perhaps she did not remember her “later, later” comment. I was very surprised. I paid for the premium service ($51 for a simple pedicure) and the customer has to remind them of the hot wax! It should be the other way around. They should tell the customer what is included in the premium service. Simple nail polish and some foot massage for that price. Ridiculous! I was very disappointed. I will never go this place again. If you happen to go there, ask them clearly upfront of what is included in their service, else you will come out as dissatisfied as myself.

This is the 2nd bad review I ever gave on google map, but this store over deserves it. The lady who seems to be the owner is super rude, aggressive and she has 100 ways to rip you off. Never gonna go to this lucky salon again in my life.

We went there and show what type of nail we want and this lady said we can do it it’s easy no problem n made us wait 2 hours and instead of helping us she help the people who came after us than she put acrylics on me she said she don’t do this type of design and she said I’m just gonna paint it and she wanted to charge me $120 and we went somewhere else n did it for $60. Never going there again
