I want to start by saying I really do enjoy coming here. However I am a business owner and my schedule is precious and tight. 4 times I've shown up to my appointment and there was an "emergency " and no one can service my appointment. Just this last appointment I was told my nail tech had an emergency so I rescheduled 1 day later only to be told she was on vacation for a month and someone else would be doing my nails. Honestly it wouldnt be a big deal if someone would call ahead in a timely manner and not make me waste my time and gas. Literally every appointment I have I am waiting 15-30 minutes past my appointment time because my nail tech is still working on someone else. Which resluts in my nails being rushed through and it reflected that several times. If you go here make sure you plan accordingly because the respect of others time is not there.

Took my wife today to get her nails done, the female employee was so nice and helpful. Once my wife got seated for her nails a male employee started to work on her. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did he mess her nails up and tell us that's how they are done. He was really rough, she has a bad wrist and he grabbed her by the wrist and flipped her hand over while hurting her. Then she went to ask another customer next to her a question and he yelled at her no talking and to keep her mouth closed. We will never be returning. If you don't mind your wife or gf being mistreated then go here, otherwise steer clear
