I always love coming to Bollinger Nails and continue to have a great experience every time I go in! I have been going to Bollinger Nails for many years now and could not complain. If you are looking to get acrylics done go to Tina! Tina is professional and always meets my expectations! She makes sure you are happy through every part of the process and fixes anything you do not like. Tell her exactly what you want and she will always get it right! Bollinger Nails, overall, is a nice and cleanly nail salon and will always fix your nails if something goes wrong. Could not be happier with how my nails come out each time! Also, if you like the purple color it is 914.

I've been going to Bollinger's for a long time. I always get wonderful service and Helen is the best. I'm glad their back in business after the pandemic.

My mother and I called last minute and we were both able to do Mani Pedis together for mother's day. I haven't been in 10 years and I'm pregnant with my second. The legs massage was AMAZING to say the least and I will be going back for sure!

I was very disappointed with my experience at Bollinger Nail Salon in Pleasanton. Tammy Luu and her partner did a Pedicure for me and my daughter. They only put one coat of polish on, did not have us put our toes under lights to help harden the polish and although we waited at the salon for 15-20 minutes after, my daughter's polish had smudged before we even got home. My polish was chipping within 3 days when normally I can get 4 weeks out of a Pedicure. In addition to this we were overcharged. While the partner went to run my credit card, I asked Tammy if I could include the tip on my credit card. She told me no and brought me a paper with her Venmo QR code to scan. I asked her about if the girl who did my daughter's toes had a QR code. She told me that they are partners and share. I included a tip for both of them in my venmo payment. The partner returned with my credit card and receipt. The receipt did not have a place for me to sign nor a place to put a tip. It showed the base amount without tip. Later I found out that my credit card had been charged the base amount and a tip. So I unknowingly paid double tip! I sent a request through venmo to Tammy Luu to get a refund on my tip. A month later I received notification that she declined my request. I was charged too much for the quality of nail polish and services rendered and then mislead about the tipping policy so that I paid double on the tip.
