Angel did a short coffin nail with powder. I had told her how I didn't like previous nail service that I had gotten somewhere else. She was asking me throughout the service if I liked my nails making sure I was satisfied with the outcome! Very cute nails it's hard to find someone that can actually do a short nail. I would recommend calling before to set an appointment because the wait time was so bad almost 2hrs as a walk in.

Jay did my nails today, and Tami did my pedicure. I have to say, I love both. COVID-19 definitely interrupted self care, but I'm glad I'm starting to take care of myself again. Thank you to Jay and Tami for making me feel special. If you need extra services, Tami does waxing. Just an FYI..

1/8/2022 BEWARE I RECEIVED THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! FIVE STAR NAILS JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY AND DON’T CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY PERFORM ON YOU. Bee’s work is terrible. Bee ruined my natural finger nails by grinding them down with her machine instead of filling them with an emery board. She knew I did NOT want to get a gel or acrylic manicure. My cuticles looked terrible (jagged and rough looking and feeling) and all of my finger nails were shaped differently and left different lengths. I told Bee about my concerns throughout the whole process and asked why she had ground my nails down like that. Bee lied and said she did it because my cuticles grew the whole length of my nail and to make them smooth. My natural nails were already smooth! I asked to speak to a manager. Bee acted like she did not speak English and so did the other staff there. They refused to give me my money back. I am going to upload a photo on Yelp.

When I called I was greeted by a gentleman on the phone who was super happy to have me. Made sure I knew where the place was And everything. When I arrived I was greeted just a nicely. I had the best experience ever here with my two techs. May was my foot artist. She was so sweet and took her time with my nail art and leg massage. I love her. Sam was my hand artist. She was so funny and talkative. I enjoyed my time with her as well. I love the nails she did on me. Love her too. They both gave me exactly what I wanted. Plus the place is so clean and welcoming. I’m definitely coming here every time! Thanks ladies

Bad business and bad customer service I definitely don't recommend this nail shop. I just paid $90 for a fill and a color change on my toes. I usually pay that for a full set of gel nails and pedicure with gel polish. I came in for a fill in a pedi, the ladies tried talking me into getting a new set but I stuck with the fill and ended up just getting a color change instead of petty for my toes because I ran out of time. Well she was very rude about me doing so and charged me 60 for the fill and 30 for the color change. As far as the quality of work my nails look nice it's not bad but not the best I have seeing either.
