I mean… I guess you get what you pay for. $15 to remove gel color. She was quick though; in the shop maybe 8 mins. But you didn’t even try to do anything to have me return as a customer. No “hellos” or “how’s your day” just, “sit here” (after I mentioned I was the person who just called). This kind of explains why you only had two customers in your shop and the nail salon across the way is completely packed and did even have time to do my nails…

Absolutely loved my experience at Ava. The techs were so nice and very fast, and my nails look amazing. The pedicure chair massages as you get pampered. Employees wear masks and all the stations have plastic shields between the client and the tech.

Shout out to my girl Kim. Thank you SO much for making my nails look so amazing! I love them. I have been to 4 other nail salons recently and wasn't happy with the quality or experience so I kept trying new places. So glad I came to Ava's nail & spa. I am a set customer now. After coming here, I won't go anywhere else.

I went in for a fill with colored acrylic. The lady did not know what she was doing I asked have you used this before she said yes. After washing my hands my nails were lumpy and uneven the nail tech was about to put a clear coat on. I pause and voiced my concerns. She became defensive saying my nails were supposed to look lumpy WHAT!!! She then stated i needed to pay i told her I was not paying for lumpy nails and they needed to be fixed she refused and said she needed my nails so she could cut them off. Ummm no I came in with a full set. Why would I allow that. She then told me to just leave without even trying to make it right. This is the worst shop ever.

When I want to have good day I always go, to do something for me! Manicure and pedicure is the perfect way to feel comfortable and relaxing! I come here not for the first time and today all was perfect! I love how looks my nails! The service was great!Thank you! Oh I forgot about their massage chairs in the same time with massage for foot , so cool!
