Chloe was incredibly professional and she helped guide me into the right nail style for me. I absolutely love the service and design she provided. She was thorough, clean, friendly, and detailed. Thank you!

Over priced pedicure and they did not do anything but the bare minimum. Would not recommend or go back. Also nobody wants to listen to club music while they are trying to get a relaxing pedicure. Good luck

I’ve been here 3 times, the first time it they did a decent job with my acrylics. The second time the painting was poor and I had 3 nails break within a week and a half. Today was the worst of all. The woman removed the broken nail by force and literally ripped through my entire nail so there was a hole in it. She ignored my complaint about the previous painting job, didn’t not check in with me about the shape of my nails, gave me the wrong colour and didn’t do the matte top coat like I asked. And then the proceeded to charge me $60 for a fill which they did wrong! So upsetting,l.

Bibi is amazing and gives me the best set of nails every time. When she’s not available, I’ve had a great experience with other nail artists here. After trying so many nail salons in San Diego, I only go to Hillcrest Nail Lounge now!
