Very low key chic nail place, minimal and tasteful, heavy on the ayurveda vibe which is pretty awesome. Melanie was great and my first gel manicure looks beautiful still even after 3 weeks. Massage also great, ask for Elena. A very nice experience - excellent selection of books if you are waiting for a bit.

I have been going here for about 6 months now while the prices are a little over the top I kept going here cause my manicures lasted. However the owner called me and said because I don’t tip my manicurist wasn’t able to assist me further more, and went on and on about how some employees can’t make it without tip. I’m sorry I thought tipping was optional and while I was paying 75$ for a simple French tip manicure I would think that her staff is well payed. Any how never ever returning here. Also how bout you pay your employees better and stop putting ridiculous fees like cleaning fees and etc…

The place was very clean. My nail tech was nice, but she also never said more then 3 words to me. She took her time and everything was very relaxing. The negative part is she rushed threw painting my toes. She never put a top coat on so my nails are dull and font shine. As soon as she was done she was rushing me out and never let the polish dry. By the time I got back to my car one whole foot was already messed up. As relaxing as this place was in now fixing the polish myself and won’t be returning.

Beautiful salon and very professional staff. This is not your mail lady down the streets salon. This salon is on another level in the best way. Very intentional with their care and their work on your nails. My nail color lasted over 2 weeks! Since Leo is more on the high end for price, I recommend this as your special occasion or treat yo self type of salon. 😊

*Excuse my feet being on here* My first time coming in and it was pretty awesome. I have not been to a nail place since I was 6 months pregnant. My son is now a year and a half old so yea.. Anyways, Sara was who I picked from online to have my appointment with. I could not be anymore happier with that decision. Upon walking in, it already felt serene and relaxing, quiet and selection of chill vibes music was great. I really stopped going to salons bc of several reasons like too noisy, so much dust from the nail services, the smell of the products used, or just not clean at all. I'm pretty picky with those things especially the cleanliness part. I just don't trust normal nail places and their practices. Back in my days, I was a nail tech/esthetian and so I've seen it all with how folks cut corners in maintaining their cleaning standards. I think that is pretty much my whole reasoning of not going to a salon. Since moving back to SD for a few years now, it has been tough to find a place to come to regularly. And this might be my spot. I had the Pedicure 3 and the scrub and mask smelled just amazing. The color I picked out looked way different than what I was expecting which I thought it was my normal boring sheer pink color, although it was the pastel pink you ladies know this color. I give great praise to Sara bc I EVEN KNOW that these pastel chalky whitish colors are very tough to polish on in perfect precision and such. But she was totally spot on as you can tell in the Pic and in my book that's a total win. She always checked to see if I was doing okay throughout the process and was gentle on my cuticles but thorough. What more could I ask for? Other elements would be the boho chill vibes there as well as a variety of ethnicities that work there in which is a breath of fresh air. I mean yes this salon is in a hipster area but usually this is hard to find with all sorts of ethnicities. Haha. I promise I'm not racist by all means, I've just been working for all Asian salons for years and that was pretty much the standard. Anyways. If you made it this far to reading thru my rant, you will not be disappointed coming here. My Husband knows how I am and was so happy I found somewhere to come for my alone time. I might just be trying the massages next.
