I love this place especially Cindy & Lilly. I’ve lived in San Diego for 1 year and have tried many different salons as it’s hard to find someone who does good work whilst also being friendly. I drive 15-20 minutes to get services done here and refuse to go anywhere else.

I used to be a regular here and for the most part, the experience was decent. However, I've had a few instances at this place that made me decide not to come back again. First, they were running late quite a few times even when I booked appointments ahead of time. I understand that it's normal once and a while for them to be running behind. But, what I don't like is that they were consistently running behind and they tried to blame me and act like it was my fault when it was not. For example, there were several times where I would come in for my appointment on-time and the manager would tell me that they had sent me an email or message telling me, ahead of time, that they were running late. So I checked my phone, thinking I had made a mistake, but there wasn't one email nor a text message notifying me that they were running late. That was a made-up lie to put the blame on me, so that they could justify themselves making me wait between 10 and 35 minutes after my appointment time. The last time I came, I had an appointment set and confirmed. When I got there, they mixed up my appointment time and told me that my appointment was about 30 minutes later than it was. When I showed them the screenshot of my appointment confirmation page, they were shocked because I actually kept records. So that meant that they couldn't get away with lying to me again. That's not professional at all.... I decided to just cancel the appointment and not come back again. In another instance, I booked an appointment for a soak-off and a new set of acrylic nails. I asked the nail tech to take off the acrylic nails that she had done before and create a new set, a new design. Everything was okay until she realized how much work it would be. She complained to me about how long the soak-off process was going to take, how much work it was and she had a not so nice attitude towards me about it. I didn't appreciate that at all even though the nails turned out beautiful as always.

They do beautiful nail designs and are very creative. It is a little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for trendy and unique designs.

I have not had my nails done in over 8 years! Today I just got a pedi but it was great. I was taken care of by Jimmy and he was awesome! I'll definitely be going back.
