I went to this place for my 6 year old daughter could get a manicure & pedicure before vacation. She was so excited to get her nails done after school. She was sitting on the spa chair ready for her services, when the nail technician asked for the color nail polish. My daughter picked 2 polishes as she wanted to alternate each finger with one pink and one blue. The nail technician said it was $5 extra to do 2 nail polishes. I was so confused because I have been to other nail shops and never heard of such fee. I asked her to show me where it indicated that on their menu, which she could not provided the information to me. The lead nail technician offered to do the manicure/pedicure without the extra non existent fee but I had to wait for her. I said “No” and went to another nail shop by my house. Avoid this place at all cost! They think just because we are in the middle of Inflation they can just charge people fees that don’t have exist and have no merit. I don’t have a problem paying people what they deserve for their work, and little does she know I am a great tipper. But I will also not be taken advantage of.

Before the service started I requested my nails be filed down really well. I wanted them flat vs round and circular looking. I’m completely dissatisfied with the acrylic, gel nail service that I was provided. Upon expressing my concern I never once received an apology. Horrible quality of service and even worse customer service. I would not recommend if you care what your nails look like. Mine look like old lady press on nails. :(

My mother-in-law has a hard time with her ingrown nail. Viví and Hanna have done a good job on her Pedicure. Place is clean and organized, they autoclave their equipment which is a must! Not all Nail and Spa do that.

I was soooo disappointed and dissatisfied with the services I always go here back to the services but this time was the last time don’t go waste your money here I didn’t get want I wanted my nails were poorly done and the service took 2 hours to be completed and I was still dissatisfied! I called back to make a complain and I all wanted a color change and never call the call back! Thanks a lot to management IS POORLY RUN!!!!!!! Don’t go waste your time here my nails were messy and the design was poorly done!!!

Lilly is my girl! I remember the first time I went here and someone else did my nails, and I sat and admired Lilly and the relationship she had with her client and the work she was doing. Fast forward 2 weeks from there and Lilly took me in, fixed my nails and I absolutely refuse to see another person! She has shown me the way with the dip powder, she is talented beyond belief with designs (there isn't anything she can't make happen for you), and she doesn't leave your nails looking any way she wouldn't want her own looking. She takes her time, she is personable and has a great sense of fashion. Ask for Lilly, you won't be disappointed!
