** New Owners took over in Late 2021, don't be bothered by those old one star reviews!! The new owners and operators are total rockstars! ** Lynn is the absolute best!! She provides the incredible services. I can't go more then a couple weeks without seeing her for a deluxe pedicure and gel manicure! She is so thoughtful and meticulous at what she does. The salon itself is so clean and calming. Exactly what you're looking for when you're trying to relax. Don't look anywhere else! You've found the best SF has to offer. Go see Lynn and the ladies at Lily Nails Spa, you won't regret it.

Came here during a overnight trip to SF, the lady on the phone was super sweet, we were able to get an appt right away. She even called me back to make sure I knew where they were located. On arrival they greeted us with hot tea, We each got a DELUXE spa pedicure. And from start to finish was probably the best pedicure I’ve had in my life. They were thorough and kind. And did not skimp on any part of the treatment. I felt very happy to pay 60 plus tip for this service. If I lived in SF this would be my shop. Thank you Lily Nails Spa!

This salon is THE TOP when it comes to quality and customer service. Thank you Lynn, who took care of me after I made the unfortunate mistake of trying another salon nearer my residence. I came in with broken nails and a cracked manicure that was just barely over 1 week. Lynn was extremely gentle and this salon always takes the time to soak and re-soak until the old manicure layers can be wiped off with cotton. Here, they want your own nails to be healthy so they do not over use the machine buff and file. They manually file shorter and shape perfectly at the end. I usually like nude colors for my dip but I had to celebrate the season and was inspired by their Christmas tree decor. I chose a red and added a nail accent sparkle that reminds me of holly berries and snowflakes.

I absolutely love this place. I actually come to San Francisco every two months to get my pedicures. The staff is amazing, friendly and always willing to do whatever it is to make you comfortable as well as give the perfect manicure/pedicure. I won’t go anywhere else.

Very professional and sweet service. I did the dip powder extensions and it came out so beautiful than I thought it would be. Lien did a great job by offering me the perfect color and length suggestion which was better than what I chose initially. I enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely come back.
