My sister came in and they greeter her. Customer service was great. Will recommend

I booked a gel manicure off of Classpass and the team was able to help me as soon as I walked in the door. This was my first visit to House of Nails and my first nail appointment in a few years. Winnie was able to execute my design exactly as I asked and was great at checking in throughout the process as my reference photo had longer nails/slightly different design. They were also up front about the additional charges with the design i chose. I'll definitely be back when its time for a refresh

Bad bad bad. Waste of money and I can’t believe it has 4.3 stars. Is this how a $30+ manicure looks like? Cuticle is still there and the gel starts so far from the cuticle. The manicurist kept talking to someone all the time and she was in a rush to do my nails. Horrible service, DON’T GO THERE. Honestly I do my nails better in my own and I am pretty sure you can to.

Charged my 5 year old daughter $60 for a gel polish on her hands and toes when on their price list it says $30. Kept saying in Vietnamese that my boyfriends sneakers were really expensive……. So maybe that’s why they charged me double ?

Amazing service. I picked a nail art that was difficult and we figured out a different one that still looked great and was easier for her too. The nails look so good, it's not even funny.
