This is my first negative review of any place… I had a very weird and bad experience, the lady who did my nails was passive aggressive and at the same time she would one second later be nice, I was very confused despite her being rude and passive agreessive I decided to give her tips so I gave her a 20 and asked for 13$ back and she gave me 10 back which she already understood what I asked for … talk about stealing in day light! (It doesn’t matter if it’s 3$ only she shouldn’t have done that) I already felt anxiety in me about the whole experience so I just left the place, I should have given her zero dollars! It’s ok learning experience would never go back to this place.

Works if you're in a pinch, but they're pretty rushed and distracted -- it's a bit of a factory. Nails are uneven and cuticles on two fingers were cut and bled. If you don't carry cash you're pointed towards their ATM for tips. Archer (down the street) is more expensive, but you pay in advance online (incl. tip) and the experience is more attentive.

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. Destroyed my wife's nails that she had been doing for 3 months. Had to go to Sassy nails and they did a wonderful job.

Don t go there! Worst experience EVER! Since more than 20 years! They ruined my Nails completely! Every Nail was shortened and formed in a different way! Square, round, short, long! They have no professional knowledge- even not an understanding of what they are doing! I was treated massive unfriendly, rude and incompetent. Left after they speak in their language and completely ignoring me. Not only wasting time -my nails are ruined!

don't waste your time going here. i went with a friend and they were late to the appointment, went straight into doing a sloppy job, didn't even ask what i wanted for a reference photo, length, color, design, or anything. the nails came out sloppy and some were lopsided. my finger was also cut. the nails all stayed for a week max, and then they started to come off. 70 dollars down the drain
