I normally have a good experience here but today made me never want to come back. I had been there three times prior for a refill with acrylic powder and gel polish on top. I decided I wanted to start growing my real nails and wanted to remove the fake ones. I know normally your nails are messed up because of the glue and acrylic but this experience was something I never experienced. The nail tech grew frustrated with my hands as the nails didn’t pop off like I’m sure they should have. She was speaking to other techs who kept coming over and looking at them and laughing, then frustratedly got up and had another tech take off a few she had trouble with. I didn’t feel any pain until the last nail. She dug at it for a while until she just began filing it down to my nail and was smooth, she quickly filed the rest of the nails. She then Told me they were too thin to do anything else. At this point I was so embarrassed and just went to pay. And yes I did pay for the hack job on my nails( I have cuts on the one nail). At check out I hit automatically a 20% tip on the machine and the woman who did my nails had the audacity to ask me to Venmo her her tip. I stated I don’t use it and left. I will never be back and I don’t want a refund or anything but wanted to warn others what this business is. I know they can delete or hide these but I’ll keep posting. I’m praying I don’t get an infection on my nail that was cut.

I started coming here in the beginning of the year and I come every time I need a fill or want a new acrylic set. The shop is clean and the staff are so nice. Ellen is so friendly and takes extra care to make sure your nails are perfect. It's really nice when a business remembers your name and takes good care of their regular customers. I definitely recommend coming here for all your nail needs!!

Another good nail salon in town. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It's pretty busy and hence a good idea to get an appointment in advance. They have some unique types of manicures and pedicures.

I usually go to the Sunnyvale location but due to a schedule conflict and the tech being out, they offered to schedule me at Coleman. My tech barely spoke to me and made me uncomfortable. It just wasn’t as warm and as welcoming as the Sunnyvale location. The nails were okay, I don’t think I asked for a difficult design yet it feels incomplete (flowers cut off before touching edge of nail). The shape isn’t forgiving either. I’ll continue going to Sunnyvale. Please see picture. Bottom pic is what I asked for.

I've been here twice so far and really enjoy my time visiting. The ladies do a great job! It's super easy to relax. I've only used their pedicure services. They have a variety of options to choose from with different pricings. Also, like most places these days, there is an extra charge for gel and gel removal. Removal. I want to say it's $15 for both if I remember correctly. I definitely plan on revisiting in a few weeks.
