I want to say that Tam does a good job however his work ethics are horrible. TWO times I drove clear across town to come into our "scheduled" appointment where he no showed and once double booked. and one of those times my friend drove from Morgan Hill to met me there for our scheduled pedicures. No apologies or anything. Bad customer service.

Very unsafe place to get nails done! I reviewed this place a year a go and they delete my post so I'm back again warning others DO NOT GO HERE. The owner is the old bald man named Joe and he is EXTREMELY ROUGH and will hurt you even when you complain. He messed up my birthday nails and left me with really painful nails. He also told me no refunds and honestly they probably need the money seeing as all of their old clients have stopped going. I work across the street and all my coworkers who have been say it's gone down over the years, probably do to poor management and rude employees. Also warning on the small skinny young Asian girl with attitude she will pull your toes even if your telling her "ouch" and then talk about you in a different language. I had to tell her you understand me and you are hurting me and you need to listen to your customers, but of course she played the "no english" card. Hate this place!!! 🤢🤮🤮

Called in and asked prices and services. Tam answered all my questions and welcomed me to come on by even though it was close to closing. The team were super pleasant and quick to assist. Came in for a pedicure and ended up adding a manicure. Everyone that worked with me had wonderful customer service. I look forward to getting a fill soon and bringing the family.
