I was very satisfied with the work that they did, they’re job was excellent, they are very kind and caring to customers/clients, and I was very happy with the job they did on me for a pedicure.

This place is fantastic. The service is top-notch from start to finish. The staff is so nice! They aren't rude and they do everything to accommodate you! They were also welcoming and kind. Will definitely go back.

They took their time with both my manicure and pedicure and gave me exactly what I came in for. I just showed a picture and she got right to it. Everyone in there was super kind and kept my husband and I in their conversations. My husband got a pedicure and said it was amazing. Definitely coming back! Thank you!

Very poor costumer service I went there for meni and pedi with gel. I tipped 50% on top. Literally 5 days after all my gel came off!!!!!! I called them to see what they can do! She asked me to send photo to her, but when I called back to follow up she hung up on me!!!!

Accidents happen but it's how someone reacts and responds to a situation that really counts. I went in to remove my gel polish and to simply clean up my cuticles and apply a clear coat. The technician cut into one of my cuticles so bad it bled continuously. She curtly said sorry and I said it's fine don't worry about it. However, while I bled she proceeded to apply the clear coat on top of the blood smearing the blood over my nail. I had to stop her from continuing since she appeared oblivious to the situation as if this was ok. I asked her to wipe off the blood and polish from my nail and to simply just wait until my finger stopped bleeding before proceeding. She didn't say anything, grabbed my finger, wiped it off quickly and then moved onto my other nails, painting a clear coat over nails that still had some pink gel streaks that she had failed to remove. Then she went back and painted a small patch of clear coat over the part of my nail that didn't have blood on it. This was such an awkward and uncomfortable interaction because she seemed uncaring and unsympathetic. She practically didn't communicate. Then she plopped a fan in front of me and moved on to do another customer's pedicure without saying a word to me. I really don't care that much about a little blood here and there but the customer service was so bad I will never return to this salon again.
