0 stars if I could. Went in to remove my acrylic nails. Woman I'm the front said it would cost $5 only. The nail "technician" did the whole 'acetone wrapped on foil on the nails' routine. Left it on only for 5 minutes then started to scrape the rest off. Didn't think anything of it until she stopped and started filing it down. She didn't even file it down all the way! I asked her if shes going to completely remove it and she said "No, it'll make your nails stronger". I've never heard of that before. On top of the fact that she tried charging me $15 then stated it was because she gave me a top coat. Lady, I didnt need a top coat... Didn't even attempt to make it look clean. Pictures provided show how ugly of a job she did and the"filing" she did. Shows where the acrylic and real nail line separates.

Worse place I have ever had my nails done. Lady had no idea of my request , file my nails lopsided, while filling she burn me with the machine filler.. Once she painted my nails Very sloppy and brought it to their attention, she still charge me full price $45! Definitely not a place to get nails done or refills!😟

Nice haircut but was charged $25 instead of stated $18. That’s a lot for a haircut that took 10 minutes. The pedicure was unprofessional and uncomfortable and looks sloppy.

Always does a great job on my crazy hair and even my children. I’m staying!!
