Always nice and on time. Always tries to take care of walk-ins asap. I've seen the owner Kelly in there even helping with pedicures and manicures. Michael who does my nails is always patient and listens to what I want ... Color...shape...touch ups :)

if i could give this place zero stars, i would. i asked for a design and specifically said “if you can’t do it, it’s totally ok we can do something else :)” and he (Michael) said “no i can do it no problem!” he proceeded to massively mess them up and i said “hey is it ok if we do just all over pink instead, i’m not really a fan of this design” in a super mannered voice calmly. he proceeded to get angry and dug into my acrylics with the drill, left remnants of the black design, and left a cut in my cuticle. i didn’t say anything because i didn’t want to cause a scene, but then he charged me $55 !! instead of the initial $35. super unimpressed

If you wNt your nails to have a thickness of a paper go there. I am struggling for 3 weeks, they removed my gel and buffed down my nails to a very thin layer of nail. I have very good nails and I had gels for 3 years, never had an experience like this. I ended up doing no color and no gel, I was scared to lose my nails completely.
