Horrible Experience with the hairstylist Helen, the owner.. If I could give less than one star, I would. In my opinion, she was extremely rude, disorganized, doesn't listen, and was late for my appointment.. In my opinion she didn't seem to be a particularly competent hairstylist. She screwed up my hair. She did what she wanted and not what I wanted, even though I was 'very' specific as to what I wanted! She rushed me along like I was one of the sheep. She said she would fix what she messed up on, and then she didn't. She just played games with this, and she did keep what I had paid her, without regard for my satisfaction. She then couldn't even remember that she had seen me before. It was ridiculous. I don't think she was capable of fixing my hair and what she messed up on anyway! She spoke far too personally about herself (and I hardly knew her), while not being sufficiently concerned about my hair. Would never return to this shop. I should add that I found it rather strange that there were no other hairstylists in this huge shop, except her. There are even chairs for other stylists. I think I can guess why there are not any others. Beware!!

Helen is great! Got my color perfect the first time. And this is the best haircut I've had in a long time! Can't wait for my next appointment!

I’m from out of town so was a bit anxious. But Helens hair studio has a very welcoming atmosphere. And most importantly I am very pleased with my haircut and style. Thanks Helen!! I’ll be back.
