If I could rate zero stars I would. I looked online for a nail place and looked at several pictures and decided to go check them out. Worst experience ever. My nails were all different lengths and some were crooked. Very unprofessional 2 ladies that worked there were fighting and screaming at each other one hit the other one on the arm. I had to go to a different shop to fix my horrible nails.never again and would not recommend them to anyone ever. Horrible place and not worth a penny. My cuticles are cut from the file they use. I have been getting my nails done for many years and have never ever had a set like the ones I have on. I told him that I was not happy and showed him my crooked nails and he acted like I was bothering him or irritated because I noticed.

They just don't care about doing a good job. The place is always a train wreck dirty with cluttered, dusty cubicles. I've gone 3 times before and had OK experiences. Never great. They always put WAY TOO MUCH acrylic on and then they have no patience to file them down, so you're left with fat and wide nails. They rush the process to the point of not even looking if its the right size nail. 4 nails were glued on crooked and too small on both thumbs so my natural nail is sticking out on the sides. This time was just an over the top mess. I went for a full set, he barely glued the nail on so the sides on ALL of them weren't down, then to cover that up he put 3 nails worth of acrylic on every nail and didn't even cover my natural nails. There was so much acrylic I had a solid mountain on my thumb and 2mm thick tips and acrylic dripping over the edges. Come on... Have SOME pride in doing your job. Then I gave him the color I wanted... THREE TIMES he asked me to pick a different color and even tried to pick more out for me. I said I liked the one I had and he AGAIN said I should pick another color... I explained I wanted the one I picked and he said it was too light... WHY??? Just use the color I want! Then he put another color in front of me and with out notice just walked outside to smoke a cigarette... Crazy unprofessional. After he had already started my nails he went to smoke??!! Rude. I paid while he was out, no color on. No filing. Just ugly, bare acrylics. He came back while I was paying and I explained that he just didn't care to take his time and made them sloppy... He said he didn't want my $, i paid anyway. I should have known better. Had to have them fixed down the street and even they didn't want to take the time to file off the mountain of acrylic on each finger. What a waste. Terrible.

Came in for a 10:30am appointment to wait until 11 and asked to reschedule. Came back for a 12:30 appointment and lady put on the white tips while I waited for another person to do my nails. She literally walked away and didn’t say anything. After another 30 minutes they had me move to a different table. This is the absolute poorest customer service I’ve ever received for a nail salon. They do not respect people’s time, don’t bother getting an appointment. I will absolutely never come back here.

April is great! If you have an ingrown nail that's bothering you she gets them out pretty painlessly. My pedicures are always great.
