This place racially discriminated against me today and was very obvious with it. As soon as I came in, the nail tech and her client looked at me like they were taken aback or surprised that I came in the establishment. Then, the nail tech that was working on said client said that they don't have time to give me a pedi and that the other one on duty had a client coming in with an appointment "any minute." Uh-huh...yeah right...The other one emerged from the other room, looked at me with disdain and went back to the other room. Seriously??? So I said okay and sat in that parking lot for 20 minutes. No "client" ever showed up for a so-called "appointment." I would've respected them being ten toes in their racism if they would've been honest and said "No Black people." Lol. Wow...Don't come here regardless of your race.

I came to this nail salon with my friend when she recommended this place. She has been going to this salon for months now and has had a good experience until yesterday. She invited me to this salon and everything was going fine. I showed my nail tech the design I wanted and she said she could do it. However, throughout the process she kept messing up, and from time to time, she had to wipe it and start over. I had trouble getting what I wanted and halfway during my nails she decided to take walk ins and started rushing on my nails. When she would mess up, she would try to leave her mistakes and I would have to tell her to fix it. In a playful manner she told me she didn’t have “time for this” but it was definitely backhanded. We booked appointments so the nail tech could take her time with our nails. We spent more than an hour trying to get what we wanted and at the end it looked sloppy. Not only did she do a sloppy job but she proceeded to charge me $50. Saying was giving me a $5 discount. My friend and I were shocked at the price for sloppy and rushed nails. We wanted to make sure it was 100% $50 and when we asked, the nail tech proceeded to raise her voice, practically yelling at us which was extremely unprofessional explaining why she priced my nails $50. When looking at me friend’s nail she some of her nails were overfilled with acrylic and looked crooked. As teenage girls I believe they took advantage of us since they would never yell at adults. I believe it was just because of our age that they were extremely disrespectful and rude towards us. I understand they could’ve been frustrated however, they must learn to be patient with customers especially when we were not rude towards them, we were simply just trying to make sure we had the right price for our sloppy nails. Overall, if I could give 0 stars I would. The nails techs rushed our nails, gave sloppy design and did not do the design right even though she clearly said on the beginning that she could do it, and were just plain rude. They also overcharged me for insecure work they did. My nails do not look like they’re worth $50 they look like as if a new nail tech was practicing doing nails. I recommend you take your money elsewhere.

This place is amazing. Even as a walk in I feel treated with respect. It is very clean. They sanitized between each person. I don't always get my nails done, but when I do it's Nail Galleria .

Went in, was asked what I needed? She then tells me they do have time. Then why is your open sign on? Horrible customer service.
