Very unprofessional, hot towels for legs were torn and unbelievably stained, not just one towel but ALL the towels they used on us, the nail polish started chipping off the next morning so I repainted them and did a better job!!!….$150.00 for the 2 of us and I will NEVER go back! I live here, I’ll drive to Truckee from now on, friendlier & more professional! I

Nice and clean salon but My gel manicure was too thick and peeled off in a week. I think the man manicurist was in a rush and should be more careful . My gel manicure and pedicure was 100.00 and I was there one hour. I think I would go back if they slowed down and tried a little harder to do a quality job for this price

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Monoco Nails. The location was easy to find, clean and friendly. I felt safe to be here—the staff wore masks and gloves when appropriate and always informed me of everything every step of the way. My artist, Kevin, was incredible, super kind and friendly, and I look forward to coming back here. Highly recommend whether you’re local or here on vacation like my family.

The worst customer service ever! I would highly recommend to run from this place. 1) it took them three hours to service four manicure/pedicures (they did not tell us they were short staffed when we booked) 2) awful quality of gel/acrylic manicure/pedicure. Ripped my hang nails, paint not even, poor quality acrylics....just plain awful; 3) prices were ridiculous! Completely ripped us off for awful quality service. Do NOT recommend at all! Save your money, your nails and your time!

I live in Incline Village and I am extremely disappointed. I have been coming here for 4 years and the owner argued with a lady over the phone over the price for a service for an hour while I was receiving a pedicure and manicure. I am not a diva. I tip well and the lady who did my service rushed me because I had a question about the menu price. She changed her tune a little once I told her I was a regular but it totally defeats the principle. They don’t have a functional website that shows updated prices, this could easily fix their problem. When the owner asked how my service was, I was honest with him. I was very disappointed and he didn’t even offer anything as a sorry in the end. Also, the lady cut my nail cuticle and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I paid $65 for a basic manicure and basic pedicure. Sadly, I won’t be coming back. I will be supporting a local business that treats me with respect and an owner that has integrity.
