I made an appointment at 12:30pm got there early told me to leave until appointment time and I left, return at my appointment time. She wasn’t there I waited 15 minutes never showed up because she had to go pick up her daughter which is fine but then don’t book an appointment if it doesn’t work for your schedule! Wasted time so unprofessional. Don’t recommend. No this is not the wrong business, it wasn’t for me that’s correct, it was for my family member so I am leaving this review because they don’t know how to use technology. She was very disappointed, didn’t even apologize or try to reason
