I think the word to describe my experience on Saturday with Roseann is, WOW! I have never felt as pampered as I did during my haircut. I have thick & curly hair so finding a hairstylist that knows what they’re doing with my hair is difficult. She started off by washing my hair, and she even put a curly mask on (left my hair amazingly soft and hydrated). Once she started cutting my hair, she took her time, making sure it was perfectly cut. She treated my hair with so much care that it made me feel special. I had never had this kind of experience at a hair salon, it’s always been a 20 minute haircut and everything is quick. I was the only client in her salon so she took the time to not only give me an amazing haircut, but to make me feel comfortable and appreciated. My hair after this haircut is bomb & my curls loved it! I’ve already reached out to my fellow curly hair friends to share my experience and to recommend Roseann because she’s the best!

I haven't dyed my hair in over 10 years and I wanted something new and fun. I am also very hesitant when it comes to trying new hairdressers. Trusting Roseann with my new venture was the best choice I've ever made! Roseann was great at explaining the bayalage process, which made me feel comfortable with my decision to color my hair. I hardly asked any questions because she did such a good job and explaining her process as she went along too, which I appreciate. I also appreciated the shared hair care tips! I was more than happy with my colored hair and haircut!! I showed her the color and type of cut I wanted and I got exactly that. She did an AH-MAZING job! From the hair consult to the appointment, service was seamless, professional, and exceptional. 100/10 recommend!!!

I have been going to Roseanne for a few years, and she never fails to wow me with my results. My color is spot-on and my cut is crisp and clean. She listens and offers constructive advice to help ensure good results. My hair is thinner, so she’s careful to direct me toward suitable, complimentary styles. I can’t say enough! She’s a terrific listener and a great hairstylist!

Don't be discouraged by the sketchy old elevator and hallway you need to traverse to get here. The salon itself it bright and clean. I had about 8 inches cut off and she was wonderful about taking that slowly and making sure I was ready to commit to it. Wet cut then finishing touches after a blow dry. Still very happy with my cut several washes and stylings later.

I've really wanted to get highlights and a nice color for my hair and I'm so happy I went to this salon. Thankful for my friend who also recommended this salon to me too. Roseanne is very professional. I like how she explained every detail about what my hair needs to achieve the color that I like and she really achieved the color! She really cares about your hair cause she will not over booked her clients cause she wants to focus on one client only. She cares about the health and look of your hair! She is very nice and I really love the magic she did to my hair. My hair had a lot to fix when I went there and seems impossible to get the color that I want, but she makes the impossible, possible for your hair. Her salon is also very neat and clean. I highly recommend and I will definitely go back.
