The staff are very nice, but the wait time was almost an hour. The pedicure was ok, nothing exceptional. The dip nails were not great at all. I asked for a manicure first and the nail technician used the nail sander (electric) tool. Normally that's used to sand nails! 4 of my cuticles have blood residue left over from yesterday. This isn't the place for me.

I had gel nails done, and they started peeling within 3 days.. I called them and they told me come back. They removed all the polish and redid them with no charge. Very nice people

I had a good nail tech, but she didnt cover the entire nail in the gel, so it started peeling the next day. My friend asked the older man for a manicure with clear polish and he refused as her nails were 'too short' . As he was looking at them, he started putting glue on and nails for Acrylics. She said no and the other tech said no, but he refused to listen and then charged her. She left in TEARS

First I want to say the lady that did my nails was extremely nice. Talked to me the whole time, and super sweet lady. I enjoyed talking to her. The quality of my nails are not good. I have multiple cuts around my cuticles. My nails are extremely sore. They hurt to touch, they are not smooth, they are uneven, I had to come home and fix mistakes myself I hardly have any acrylic on the ends of my nails. Half of my nails are bending on the corners due to lack of product. I am NOT picky about my nails at all, I am mostly leaving a review bc of how bad my nails hurt right now. Also, that was the first time in my 28 years of life that I was not asked to wash my hands and clean my nails before painting. I will probably not come here again. I really could say a few more things that happened but I think this review is long enough! Over all very nice people.
