It's ok

Very polite and professional. Long lines but that's because they are so popular! They take good care of the customers. I can't wait to go back next time. I highly recommend this nail spa!

I am very happy with my manicure! It’s my first manicure ever…because I am a nail chewer…but I managed to grow some this time. There was no wait and it was a very relaxing atmosphere. Bich did a great job!

Pros & cons Pros: quality products never had an issue with chipping or dullness beautiful clean salon Cons: I’ve been going for years since before the remodel. horrible customer service, they arrive late after opening time, they pick favorites and put favorites in front of others leaving you to wait unnecessarily long. they also choose who they greet hello and goodbye too. -Megan was the sweetest but is no longer there -Owner Scott lacks patience -Hailey, worst one, has an evil look on her face every Saturday morning when she services people very snappy nasty attitude will yank your hand (but yes she knows how to do a cute pedicure) -moon (new) is nice good with SNS -tim is nice to his clients only does acrylics Just know that if you visit libbies your nails and toes will look good but you will leave feeling robbed as you will experience attitude and resistance every time no matter how nicely you ask a question or how polite you try to be. If their customer service changed I would gladly go back but I will not continue to pay them to be rude to me.

I decided to treat myself to a day off from work with a pedicure and manicure and splurged on the gel polish instead of regular. (I know that will make some of you laugh, but I usually do my own nails with regular polish. So yes, this was a treat for me) I was surprised to have to wait 30 minutes on a Friday morning, but apparently there were quite a few other people who had the same idea; the four employees seemed to do a good job of efficiently waiting on customers in a timely manner. I thoroughly enjoyed the massage-part of the process. I am a little concerned about the hygiene of the process, as I never saw anyone change out the plastic linings of the pedicure basins; and rinsing off the pedicure utensils in my used water didn’t seem right. But please keep in mind that I am not a regular, so that may be industry practice. What impressed me the most is how the tech recreated my nail on my thumb that I had managed to slice off the corner while I was chopping veggies the previous day. I was expecting her to just trim it down further to even it out- no, she added enough hardened gel to round it out! Overall, I am pleased with the service I received. The polish on my toes seems perfect; my nails not as much, but definitely a very good job.
