I waited there for hours to see Nathan and then I was given Kelly. My nails came out lumpy and uncomfortable. I've been going there for a year but the last 2 months have been awful. I went back today to see if they would correct the issue. They acted like my nails were fine. I would rather spend my money somewhere else. Nail salons are everywhere and there is nothing special about Oasis.

This was my 3rd visit and each time gets better. I've had Henri, Anna and now Natalie. Each were great. So far Natalie is my fav!! LOVE the fact they are open on Sundays. Very convenient!

Nail tech was mad because I asked him if he could make all of my nails the same height. My money, I should be able to get what I want right? Well, apparently not!! After I ask for that, the ship went sailing. Also COVID is still going on and the chairs are not social distanced. Customers are sitting literally side by side.

Brittany Blanks-Jefferson 1 review just now NEW Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicures Critical: Professionalism I actually like the pedicure however I was not able to receive the design/polish I asked for due to the fact my technician told me could not do it , after he tried twice. I asked for chrome polish on four nails which he painted black and could not get the shiny powder on. I was running out of time so I got glitter on top of the black however the rest of my fingers are polished light teal green. When I got ready to pay I told the technician that I wasn’t happy and he called the manager. She approached the register never spoked to me about what the problem was or how I wished to resolve it. She took off $5 and walked away. I’m not upset because she did do something about it, however as a paying costumer I would like a chance to explain my experience so it would not happen to anyone else. Also, as a business owner my self I know it’s complains can be hard to handle but you should at least ask questions and acknowledge the person they have an issue at your establishment.
