From the moment I walked in they were rude. I got a fill in and half the nails were round and the other half square. I got my initial manicure at Gadsden Nails and just needed them filled in. They looked so much better before I walked into Nail World 2. They were rushing the entire time, being very aggressive with my hands. Also nicked my finger like 3 times. I will never go back to this place.

I called to see if they had any availability and the person on the phone said yes, and that they also accept walk in. I get there and a gentleman at the front told me that they only have two people that can do acrylic nails, himself and another lady, and proceeds to say the lady is leaving and he has an appointment. First of all, I wasted time coming to Homewood during 5 o’clock traffic when THEY assured me that I would be able to come in and second it was a long week and I was just looking forward to it. All that to say, I had a horrible experience with this nail shop.

Lindsey was very rude & unprofessional! You was breathing hard the entire time of service! She spilled nail polish remover all over me & did not listen to me when I told her how I wanted my nails. M was great! Very professional & she is the best! She definitely overcharged me! I had to ask her several times if she liked her job! She just seemed so unhappy there! Please don’t let her touch your nails! It was an awful experience! I will not be going back! Don’t go here!
