Cat was amazing and personable! I enjoyed my experience with her! She did an excellent job! I could not be more in love with my wedding nails. I will definitely be back. Everyone at polished 31 is polite and welcoming. It was clean, welcoming and timely! I love this place and cannot recommend it enough.

It is beautiful and clean. They are super sweet, friendly, and professional. I love the music! It is super soothing, and I feel so relaxed when I'm there. And I love my nails! It is definitely my go-to spot now!

Polished 31 is simply amazing! Phenomenal nail service, friendly staff. Whitney and Steven, the owners, are so very kind and personable. Book your appointment ahead of time because their amazing services and customer service skills keep their location full. They could open another location and still be booked full. That’s how great this company is. The best thing?? They remember your name and truly care about how you’ve been doing since your last salon visit. Well worth the money Professional and high quality nail services An amazing staff and you are more than just a face…they remember your name What else could you possibly want in a nail spa??!!

Nice place and great service! I came from out of town not knowing what to expect and they were so much better than my nail salon back home! Whitney gave me a full acrylic set with a beautiful French manicure. Couldn’t be happier!
