I only went here because my normal place was over an hour wait time. He took my dip powder off and burned one of my fingers. He put down the place I normally go. The dip powder was not even and spotty. Then a lady came and put the top coat on. She told me three minutes to dry. She touched them and they had marks from her gloves because my nails were not dry. Then next day, one nail broke! Goes to show they didn’t apply enough powder nor used the UV light to secure their work. Sadly, I still tipped and I could had gotten better work and paid less somewhere else! #wasteofmoney

I visited this facility today due to a broken nail. I asked for a fill-in and to cut my nails shorter. What I received was a gel nail color that I didn’t select, there are several lumps due to uneven acrylic applied within the nails themselves, there was gel nail polish left on my skin around the nails, on the side of the nails where gel polish was supposed to be applied there are missing spots, but the worst thing that happened was the nail technician left all of the color and designs from the previous manicure on my nails. She was too lazy to remove the original acrylic and design; which made the nails so thick on my fingers. Lastly, the nail drill bits were kept in an altoid container. Who does this? I will never spend any more money in this establishment and they shouldn’t even be providing services to the public? I wouldn’t have given this place 1 star, but I had to select something in order to write this review. Horrible, horrible service!!!

I been here over 3 years.I love Tara she always did good job on my nails and eyebrows .very clean and staff very friendly too.highly recommend!

I will not be back to Nail Boutique Spa by Publix in Oxford. The paint job was awful & the shaping they did on my toes is not even. They didn’t even clean up around where she left nail polish on my skin. The lady I had was also really rough moving my legs around while giving the pedicure. I am very dissatisfied & don’t think this service done for me today was worth $41.
