I made a appointment for 2 people for a gel full set and pedicure. We got in with no problem didn’t have to wait at all. I got seated to do a pedicure the lady that performed the service didn’t do what they were supposed to. I soaked my feet for maybe 3 minutes then she began to clip my nails and then she started with the gel polish. I was thinking to myself that’s it??? I’ve gotten many pedicures in the past and they massage your feet and legs, exfoliate them, and put hot towels and take there time. I unfortunately did not receive that service at all. However the other lady that did my full set did an amazing job! That’s why I’m giving it 2 stars… She did exactly what I wanted and was really nice… Then my friend got her pedicure and she got all those services that I expected to get but didn’t. The lady (different lady then what I had) took her time and gave her a massage, hot towels, exfoliated, and everything. Then when it came time to pay they told my friend it would be $105 and she paid no problem. Then when it came time for me to pay she told me $105 too and keep in my mind me and her got the same acrylic and same pedicure. I’m very upset that I paid $105 when I didn’t get the full service .. unfortunately because of that I will not return…

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They did an excellent job on my nails and toes BUT their customer service is complete TRASH! I’ve gone to this shop 3 times and gotten the same service for my nails, dip powder on my natural nails, yet I’ve been chard DIFFERENT prices every time! When you walk in the price list to the left clearly says dip powder is $35, but this time they charged me $40. I asked why is it $40 and not $35 like the price list says and I got ALL kind of excuses… “oh this is an old price list” “oh that’s because you had polish on and we charge extra” “oh it’s hard times for us we have to go up on price”! To have received all these different reasons as to why you’re not charging me what your price list says is completely UNACCEPTABLE! My first time going to this place, they charged me $45 and their excuse was because they had to take polish off I got done somewhere else. The next time I went I was charged $35, which is what the price list says. This time when I voiced how I felt about them charging random prices, I quickly became the problem. The male nail tech even went as far to stop what he was doing and step to me as if he was about to do something. It makes ABSOLUTELY no sense whatsoever to be treated this way and I will NEVER give them another dime! I’ll be sure to leave this comment on EVERY platform that will allow me to leave this comment. This establishment is obviously full of scammers and thieves.

Tom was great. He did my finger nails. I felt very comfortable. I usually prefer women. But he was a nice surprise. The girl who did my toes was difficult to communicate with. I asked for help with the controller for the massage chair and she totally didn’t understand. I tipped both equally and will go back

I have been going to Tip Top for about 4 mos now and I absolutely love it. The pedicures are worth the money and more and my nails are always flawless!! They even give u a discount on your bday and that was special 💕
