The place was clean. I was the only customer in there and the other two ladies were doing their on thing but I didn't mind. Made it comfortable to me. The lady who preformed my services was very Thorough. Nice neat job.

This has to be the worse nail salon I have ever went to in my whole life. Very very rude to me and my daughters I spent 400 dollars to be talked to very rude fussed at for correcting them that they wasn’t doing my nails like I wanted was very rough on my nails when I said something she rolled her eyes and pulled my hand back to her I will never use this salon ever again even my child said she never wanted to go back cause the lady hurt her skin around her nails by being rough and she didn’t get what she wanted on her nails we showed them pictures and the nails was no where near what we wanted the last picture is what i wanted it’s not where close I would recommend spending your money else where I’m going to add this since this nail shop wanna act lien they did nothing wrong I never changed my mind they could not comprehend what I wanted the reason it took to long it would let me reply to the message they wrote don’t waste your money here the pictures look no where near what I wanted and a nail broke off the next day I had to go somewhere else to fix it horrible horrible place I’ve never paid someone to be rude to me everrrrr

Do NOT let the older lady do your nails. When I left the salon and got a closer look at my nails, it looked like an actual 2 year old did them. On one of my toes she took off the polish about 4 or 5 times because she couldn’t get it right and kept getting polish all over my skin. After I went to my car I came back in and asked them to please fix it and the older woman was being extremely rude and yanking my foot. I told her if it’s a big deal I can go somewhere else and get them fixed, but I want my money back, and she looked at me and rolled her eyes. Then she just left me sitting there and went to work on someone else. Thankfully, the other woman that worked there was very nice and re-shaped/ re-painted my toes with no charge. After she did my toes they looked perfect unlike this very rude old woman that needs to be fired.

I went last week for gel nails, special pedi, and eyebrows waxed. They did a fabulous job and it was done quickly! Nail Studio is very clean and sanitary. They stayed in business after the pandemic bc they do such a great job! 🙌

Absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever had. She skipped several steps and didn’t even ask to trim my nails. The polish looks like I did it myself, she even left some of my old polish on my toes. She was not friendly either. There were 4 ladies who worked there and myself, the only customer. They spoke amongst themselves the entire time. The lady who did my mani/sns nails was very sweet but did not do a good job. I’m very disappointed and will never go back. When I tried to leave a tip, the owner yelled “cash only” and would not allow me to leave a tip on my card. Please don’t come at me with “customer service is your top priority” like you have in the other reviews. It’s not and it shows, just do better!!!
