Just moved to town and scheduled an appointment based on all of the positive reviews. Johnna did an acrylic full set for me and the dip full set for my daughter, and both were thoroughly disappointing. There was literally no prep done on my nails, no nail clipping (you can literally see a couple of my natural nails on the back side of the acrylics), no cuticle trimming, etc. Because of that, it looks like they’ve already grown out for a week or two. The edges were left unfinished and I had to come home and file them because I ripped my leggings due to how sharp they were. The gel polish isn’t even and is see through in some spots. My daughter’s dip set was lumpy and just poorly done overall, but I chose not to say anything at the time because it was her first time getting her nails done and I just wanted her to enjoy the experience since she didn’t know any better. Johnna was nice enough, but I would never let her touch my nails again. It was absolutely not worth the ~$100 I spent ($80+tip). Maybe there are others in the shop who do a better job, but yikes. Won’t be back.

They don't do a good satisfying job

THE best nail salon I've ever used by far. The quality is far superior to the places I was used to. Now I don't have the issue of my nail separating from the acrylic at all. Please go, thank me later.
