I have been going to Lucky Nails for about 9 months and have been happy with the service. I always "walk in" and have been able to get my nails done in a timely manner. Also, when I am not sure what color I want they offer suggestions. I highly recommend!

I had been to this salon maybe 3 times and each time, the service was wonderful. The stylist were very sweet and did a beautiful job on my nails. I broke 3 nails after having them done only a week. I went back to get them fixed. They did not charge me and helped me without any issues. It blew me away! Customer service at its best! Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. If you are, tell them and they will make sure you’re happy!

Worst Nails Experience in my life. I don’t even leave reviews but i had to for this place. I came to this establishment to get my nails refilled and I got a French tip set on toes and nails plus a pedicure. They rushed my service because they were taking overly long on my service till they closed. I left their establishment and my mail broke off the slightest movement. I called and came back to get the repair and they proceeded to be extremely rude and dismissive. The owner claimed it was my fault although they did a terrible job. They were extremely nice to everyone who came in instead of me. They did not care about what I wanted and simply just wanted to get me out of their chair. I highly do not recommend this establishment and If i could give them 0 stars I would.

Great first experience! Got a gift certificate to this place for Christmas and went for my first time yesterday! Got funny bunny dip on my finger nails and Lynh did a wonderful job! She was kind and very detailed in her application of the dip powder! I also got funny bunny gel on my toes and Bri did a great job too! Everyone was very friendly and even though I showed up at 6pm and my needs took them until after 7pm (when they close), I didn’t feel rushed out the door! Will be going back for another visit!

I have lived in Auburn/Opelika for nearly 13 years and have been to a TON of nail places but somehow, have never been here until today. With that said, I think I’m going to become a repeat customer, now. This place is more beautiful, clean, and comfortable than any other salon I’ve been to in the area. I am a habitual Dip Powder girl. Lucky Nail has a TON (but not TOO MANY) dip powder colors to choose from. They are timely and friendly and, Tommy did a great job on my nails. Typical prices for the area— I paid $45 + tip for dip powder nails and eyebrows waxed. What I like most about this place is its location. It’s kind of a hidden gem so I imagine the wait isn’t usually as long as other places that are in more noticeable locations. Also, while sitting there, I realized they have a ton of repeat customers, all of whom they knew by name when they walked through the door which I really appreciate.
