I have been a customer in the past and never had an issue. I went in today to get my gel nails filled , color change, and shortened. I had my 2 year old daughter with me. She acted great (especially for a 2 year old in a nail salon). However, the manicurist really seemed annoyed that I had my daughter with me. I wanted a separate chair for her to sit in beside me but instead the lady told me she had to sit in the waiting area. Obviously, my 2 year old wasn’t going to sit by herself so she sat in my lap the whole time. Every time I had tend to my daughter, my manicurist would roll her eyes and shrug her shoulders; almost like I was inconveniencing her (…like I wasn’t also inconvenienced with my daughter having to sit in my lap the whole time). Not once did she acknowledge me or my daughter. I’m not asking for a grand appearance but a nice “Hi, how are you today?” would have been nice.
Not to mention she disappeared when my nails were drying and I waited about 5 more minutes to pay because she was no where to be found. Another employee had to go to the back to find her.
Anyways, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
