Couldn't get my massage chair to work, so not giving 5 stars. But my nails always look so good when leaving and last a couple of weeks. I've witnessed other customers come in with problems, and they respond quickly and professionally. They always are gentle, and not they're not harsh when correcting me. Only wish they spoke better English for better communication, but considering I always come in at the end of the day, they still smile and are kind

So I know how they like to push Gel nails but I had to repeat myself over and over and say no thank you I just want regular. Then they didn’t sit me and my next to each other which I thought was kinda weird and the lady the whole time was just gave me a weird feeling like she didn’t want me their. This isn’t the only time I haven’t had a good experience but definitely won’t be back after this.

Great experience. I’m not sure of his name but he made sure I was completely happy. He did an outstanding job and I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I had a terrible experience at this establishment. The nail tech Angie displayed the most unprofessional customer service that I have ever seen. She had a poor attitude, she was not friendly at all, she did not listen to the adjustments I wanted made to my nails, she was rushing on my nails (I’m assuming because of the high volume of clients) and she did an overall TERRIBLE job on my nails. They are messy, not fully painted, and overall not appealing at all. I felt as if there was a sense of prejudice in that salon, and after reading the reviews I see that my opinion is not far stretched. I do not want to make it about race but it is very evident that it is an issue. I observed the individuals of white race and seen that they were well taken care of, and their nails were beautiful. I was charged $80.00 for a set and my nails do not look as if I should have paid half of that. If I knew how to provide a photo I would. I am not bashing this establishment, but after the experience I had, I do feel it is necessary to express disappointment in services that one pays good money for. If I was not in such a rush, I would have had my nails redone to satisfy the $80 charge. On a positivé note, my pedicure was well done.
