When you walk in it looks very nice. But the service does not match. And neither does the pricing. I was immediately greeted, but when it was time to start I felt rushed. They wanted to do my nails and toes at the same time, so I could “get out quicker”. They had personal conversations about other shops and their own personal lives. I had to jerk my foot bk multiple times because she kept burning my toe with the drill. And they left my nails a mess. 105.00 not worth it.

Great pedicure. Nice spacious and clean environment. The drinks are a nice touch. I will say I can’t figure out how my pedicure turned out to be $75. I’m sure I ordered something I didn’t know. Will be back but will make sure I get pricing breakdown.

The Nail Bar 280 is absolutely hands down my favorite place to be pampered! Kim is my nail tech and she is phenomenal! She takes her time, has great customer service skills and is always a pleasure to be around. Ben does my pedicure and he’s gentle, sweet and gets it right every time! If you haven’t been to this location, book your appointment and GO! This place is definitely 5-star quality!!

I went to the one on hwy 280 years ago and loved it. Today I visited this one in hoover. Sadly, I will not be back. I got the dip nails. Nick did them and got it all over my skin. He apologized but did nothing to fix it. He did not use a nail brush to brush it off and that is why it stained my skin. He said it was because it was a dark color but that is not the case. Stephanie on hwy 280 used a darker color and did not stain my skin.
