I was going to go here because I always see nice photos and I like their nail designs but every time I call to make an appointment, there's never any openings. The one time I *almost* got an appointment, I was told that I would have to get a pedicure and not a fill because no one there knew how to fill long nails. I find that very strange. I am not understanding how they are running a nail salon that way.

Kelly the lady who sits in the front. She does even say hello. It’s always how can I help you go wash your hands. She is very rude always has an attitude. She doesn’t consider your time and it takes two hours for her finish. I scheduled an appointment and she made me wait an hour even though I had an appointment scheduled. I called her out on it and she got upset and said she doesn’t want to do my nails anymore. I don’t want to spend my Saturdays in a mail for more then two hours anyways. I also once got a infection from their nail tools as you can see in the picture. Plus they charge way to much for nothing. I paid $85 for Gel square shape.

Lazy pedicure and worse paint job. Only thing he was worried about was up-selling to gel polish.

I went cause the photos were so cute. I didn't get the person that does the design cause I needed something basic. The guy was very nice, but it took almost 2 hours to get a dip removed and reapplied. That's from start to finish, I just can't deal with that.

Tabitha is an absolutely amazing nail pro. She does a great job in a timely fashion. I'm impressed with all of the techs and their professionalism as well.
